Meet Liz | founder, Creative Director

Growing up Liz was always drawing, painting and creating something. She knew very early on that she wanted to go to art school to pursue a career in design. Liz has always been a person who loves to make others happy so being able to take her design ability to create something beautiful and unique for clients is her true passion.

She began designing wedding invitation packages after graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2008. While living in New York after college she worked as an event designer for an ad agency. That design experience had a huge influence on the direction of her work. She had the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio. It also honed her organization and management skills needed to get the job done perfectly!

Knowing she wanted to start her own business, She took the leap and founded Jade Social in 2013. Its been an honor and a privilege to be in business for 12 years now! Working with couples during one of the happiest times of their lives. We are proud to work in the heart of Ferndale on 9 mile in our shop/studio.

Liz currently lives in Grosse Pointe Park with her wonderful husband, Danny, sons Leo and Charlie (dog -Crosby). In their spare time they love to be up north or lake side whenever possible. Our happiest times are together.
